Synergy Geeks LLC is a single-member company: one person builds and runs it.
It grew out of enterprise and midsize IT work since 2013, in this order:
- A Fortune 500 automotive manufacturer running 24/7. This is where enterprise IT began.
- A mid-size private-equity-held manufacturer, also running 24/7. Midsize infrastructure, and M&A integrations.
- A mid-size SaaS provider and fiduciary for companies filing for bankruptcy, also private-equity-held. Infrastructure more typical of much larger companies, bought carefully (F5 BIG-IP, VMware vSAN, Microsoft 365 E5, SonicWall SuperMassive and SMA 7200), a PCI DSS-scoped cardholder data environment, and more M&A integrations.
- A mid-size SaaS provider in the property management industry.
Across all of it, a pattern kept recurring: the tool that would have solved the problem properly either didn’t exist, or cost more than the problem did.
So Polymux is being built: self-hosted, documented, and narrow enough to finish. The aim is software that holds under pressure. That has not been tested under production traffic yet.
Claims here are kept to what the code can back. Where something is in the lab and has not carried production traffic, this page says so, and so does the product’s own site.
